Exchange or return
Should you happen to dislike an ordered item, you can send it back within 2 weeks after purchase.
But please contact us before you do so. We will refund the purchase price on receipt in good condition, or exchange the item if you wish.

What to do if damage occurs in transport?
If the unexpected and extremely rare case happens that a delivery should arrive damaged, than please contact us immediately on the same day. This ensures that we can claim it on the transport company! Fortunately we have only once had a damaged delivery during our many years of our business.

You can choose a new item or ask us to refund your payment.
